How to book and reserve your vehicle
Did you know that you can easily book your vehicle via our online page or by directly contacting us? This is how you can go about doing that,

Give us your name and inquire about the type of vehicle you wish to rent and the period.
Give us your card details to charge $100 upfront to place your booking. And then you are done.
– If you wish to book online via our webpage,
- Then visit, www.lioncarrentals.com.au ,
- Click ‘BOOK ONLINE’
- Assign a pickup date and return date along with time
- Choose your pickup location, and click ‘Next Step’
- Then Choose your vehicle and add any extra that you might need (ex. insurance)
- Enter in your details like address, phone number, drivers license number etc., and click ‘Next Step’
- Review your details and click ‘Confirm Reservation’
It is always good practice to ensure you are well read on the terms and conditions of our agreement and then make the booking. If not- just contact one of our staff members and we’ll be more than happy to thoroughly explain it to you.
What you need to bring along when coming to pick up your vehicle
The following are a list of must have documents when advancing to pick up your desired vehicle
– Valid Driver’s license (min age of 21 years)
– Bank Card – Proof of residential address (if your license is not your current address)
What you need to do when the vehicle is handed to you
– In front of the customer one of our employees will take pictures of the entire car (inside and outside) and note down the fuel level and odometer number as reference before handing the vehicle to you. However, we advise you to take pictures of your own while the vehicle is still in our premises for your testimonial. And recheck the fuel level and odometer. – One of your employees will check for the spare wheel and other necessities that come with the vehicle but we encourage the customer to reassess. – Ensure to clarify and ask any, and all questions related to the vehicle, including but not limited to what procedures need to be followed in case there is a break down or malfunction, what needs to be done incase there’s an accident etc.
