We have been waiting to travel all over this great nation, but we’ve been under lockdown due to the current pandemic we are facing. However, as restrictions ease, and Victoria is slowly but surely returning to its normal liveliness, we are more eager than ever to make your travels and road adventures a reality. There is a great offer running between the 19 th October and 30 th November where we hand off a whole category of vehicles for just $110 per week. It will be $40 less to rent a vehicle from us on a fixed period to take off on your holiday adventures and family visits to distant places.
Places to visit after lockdown
The Great Ocean Road
The Great Ocean Road is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the world to take a road trip down and gives one of the most scenic driving experiences. There are not many things I love more than a good road trip because of all the freedom and unpredicted chaos that comes with it. Road trips always make for an interesting adventure. Along this drive you will be able to come across the 12 apostles, Gibson steps, Loch Ard Gorge, London Arch, The Grotto, Bay of Islands and so much more
Philip Island
Summer has landed and it is the ideal season to get away from the huge city when the lockdown is lifted. Found just an hour or two drive from Melbourne (varying upon where you take off from), the Island is an extraordinary spot to appreciate a road trip or end of the week get away from any season, with such a great amount to do, Flawless white seashores and engine sports, unending family fun and notorious untamed life, you’ll see everything on a shoreline occasion at Phillip Island, only an hour and a half from Melbourne. See little penguins and languid koalas in their normal environment, show the children to swim on a calm inlet seashore, and absorb all the activity at the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
Yarra Valley
Probably the greatest bit of leeway of the Yarra Valley is its nearness to Melbourne. Jump in a vehicle traveling North East and after an hour, you are cruising down the grape plantation lined streets in the valley, feeling like you are many miles from your everyday life. Yarra Valley is found 1 hour from Melbourne via car. Take the Eastern Freeway to Maroondah Hwy. Then again, venture out via train to Hurstbridge, Lilydale or Belgrave to visit the top Yarra Valley attractions, including to 4-5 wineries, and gourmet snacks. Nature was kind to Yarra Valley, compensating it with an all-around flawless mix of sweeping farmlands, impeccably manicured grape plantations, thick and tasty normal stores, and a plenitude of natural life. Sheep, horses, and bovines making the most of their day by day benefits from the roadsides.
