There’s a couple of things we wish you could follow while the vehicle is in your hands during the rental period which will help both you and our staff to make the transition simpler and easier when the vehicle is being handed back to us. While the vehicle is on rent with you, it is completely up to you to care for and maintain the basic needs and requirements for the vehicle to run smoothly.

– You must tend to and time after time restore water and oil levels where necessary

– Keep an eye on the next service date and inform us when due (we will replace your vehicle with an alternative until the service session is completed)

– Inform any difficulties or constraints caused by the vehicle and report any unusual noises so that we can send in an expert to fix any issue or replace the vehicle for you

Keeping us up to date with your details

Haha, we do not mean to pry. It is a necessity for us to know that both your bank card and driving license is valid and running during the rental period. So, if either of them is expiring, or if you are moving to a new residential address, we urge you to inform us promptly so that we can update our systems with your new details.

In case of a breakdown or accident during the rental period

First, we will talk about breakdown procedures.

Should a breakdown happen, then the first place you got to look at is the key chain attached to your vehicle key. It will show our 24/7 roadside assistance and insurer’s contact number. Call them and explain your situation and then follow us through with another call so that we are aware of the difficulty you are facing and can tend to it.

Secondarily, we will discuss procedures in case of an accident major or minor.

Your well-being is our priority, so first of all contact emergency services if necessary and then the police and tend to your needs first. And later, we can get in touch with third parties who were affected. If it’s a minor accident and no one is physically hurt, we advise you to pass along all details of all third parties affiliated with the accident.

Extension of the rental period originally agreed upon and addition of drivers who can use the vehicle

Extending your rental duration is not a hassle at all with us. You can just make a phone call and give us your name to verify your details and then make the payment for the extended rental duration and no other costs. And when it comes to adding drivers, all you got to do is contact us and give us his or her details which include, driving license number, birthday, and residential address at no extra cost.

Change of mind or difficulty in dropping off the vehicle at the agreed-upon venue?

We understand that circumstances change and that it may turn out to be a hassle to drop the vehicle off where you picked up. We can help you out with this matter if you can tell us in advance so that we can arrange someone to pick it up or change the location of the drop off for your convenience.
